Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Director/Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Sam Nunn Blvd, a leading quick service restaurant that has received top customer satisfaction scores for three consecutive years and is listed as one of America's best mid-size employers by Forbes. This is a "hands-on" management role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to impact the lives of both team members and guests. The successful candidate will have prior leadership experience and a passion for Chick-fil-A's values. The learning and development plan that leads into this role is unlike others in our industry and you work directly with a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. This opportunity offers a chance to make quality business decisions through practical leadership experiences and guided coaching.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the business to healthy sales growth, profitability, and excellence by ensuring the team is organized and the culture is aligned around our vision and values.
• Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to drive results across all areas of the restaurant
• Building high-performing teams and identifying and coaching leaders for both front and back of house operations
• Managing a team of 80 and creating a fun environment for individuals to thrive.
• Increasing profitability through systemic processes that reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and protected environment.
• Collaborating with other organizational leaders to achieve high-level goals

Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Proven track record of developing others
• Open Availability and Saturday availability.
Public Speaking Experience.

This is a full-time role with a pay range of $35,000 - $65,000 per year. Candidates must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends, and may be required to relocate. Apply now to be contacted for an interview.
