Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operating Partner role located in Farmington, UT. The Operating Partner will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage financial performance, ensure quality and customer service standards, and lead a team of dedicated staff members. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
