What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Training Director position at Chick-fil-A Restaurants?
The Restaurant Training Director is a great opportunity for the right leader. This individual will be interacting and lead 125 team members at the restaurant, therefore, having the opportunity to impact the lives of each team member.
The Restaurant Training Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant; is responsible to train all newly hired team members; maintain the continued training of all current team members; oversee a group of Trainers; complete all required administrative paperwork such as creating training plans for in restaurant training, track each team member’s training, meet and check-in with the trainers; must work inside the restaurant in different positions, lead shifts if needed and evaluate team members performance of positions alongside the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in training and developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
- Hands on day-to-day operations. 15% administrative and 85% hands on inside the resturtant position
- Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented/organized.
