Responsibilities:
- Create & promote a culture of care and mindset of excellence in your team.
- Lead, hold accountable and celebrate with your Team in achieving goals related to overall Guest satisfaction, speed of service, order accuracy, food safety, food & labor costs, and morale.
- Engage, develop, & coach your Team to take initiative for their own growth, as well as enable and assist them to be the best version of themselves.
- Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced, challenging, ever-changing environment.
- Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to numerous Guests per day.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability. Previous coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is NOT required.
- In this position, you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
