Our kitchen position is a physically demanding job.

The position includes, but is not limited to being able to hand bread chicken, prepare made from scratch menu items while following recipes, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, offload incoming inventory, rotate, stock and track inventory, maintain properly functioning equipment and always keep a clean work environment.

What to expect from working Kitchen at Chick-fil-A Shelby:

• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.

• Held to a high standard on all work and personal attitude.
• Expected to follow all policies with a positive attitude at all times.
