Catering Assistant

Job Summary:
Chick-fil-A Sugarloaf & 316 is looking for a highly motivated Catering Assistant to support our catering operations by preparing, packaging, and delivering high-quality food to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with order preparation, ensuring food quality, and providing a remarkable experience to every guest.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of catering orders to Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of catering orders for pickup and delivery.
• Support catering deliveries by organizing orders and assisting with transportation logistics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area, storage, and kitchen.
• Assist in managing catering supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
• Collaborate with the Catering Director to fulfill large or special event orders.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards set by Chick-fil-A.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values and mission to serve guests with hospitality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (food trays, catering bags, etc.).
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if assisting with deliveries).
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
