Overview of Team Member Position
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Food Safety requirements are being met
- Ensure Food quality requirements are being met
- Follow all Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
- Work as a team to ensure food is being produced swiftly, efficiently, and with excellence
- Keep entire kitchen clean at all times
- Encourage fellow team members
- Recognize that your role is vital in order to deliver "REMARK"able guest experiences
- Support fellow team members we are a community of lateral service this is a team
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Leaving the restaurant better than what you found it
