What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Chick-fil-A | Two Notch Road?
As a leader in the restaurant, the manager will have responsibilities for general restaurant operations. Managers should ensure that the store is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring a clean and organized facility. The manager will be in constant contact with the Leadership Team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility at that time and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. Managers will be expected to set the standard for signature service and must lead by example. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and work in the daily operations overseeing and supervising systems and processes
- Enthusiastically lead shifts of 30-40 team members
- Serve on the Leadership Team
- Lead, motivate, and build relationships with team members with a focus on developing and training
- Prioritize food safety, quality, and other key areas to ensure compliance and to create and maintain a remarkable guest experience
- Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and to build sustainable sales and profit growth

- Associates/ Bachelor’s degree or 2 year leadership/ management experience
