What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leadership Development position at Chick-fil-A | Washington Rd-Mullins Crossing?
We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a professional & fast-paced hospitality environment, while maintaining our focus on speed of service, food safety and food quality. We offer Sundays off and we close at 9:30PM the other 6 days! Leaders will assist in shift organization, training, monitoring, and coaching/leading team members to ensure our guests receive a safe and delicious product every time they visit our restaurant.
Flexible/open availability is ideal to meet our current scheduling needs. Pay rate will be determined based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Works alongside team members; SERVES the team alongside other leaders (Servant Leadership Model)
- Promotes teamwork throughout restaurant (Coach, Correct, and Cheer!)
- Trains team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures
- Promotes a positive & professional work environment
- Ability to lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance
- Works with other leaders to get exceptional results/scores for quality and food safety
- Collaborates across the team to ensure all responsibilities are completed for each shift
- Ensures work stations are clean and sanitized
- Helps promote effective cost controls across the business
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age as of hire date
