What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Team Member position at Chick-fil-A | Washington Rd-Mullins Crossing?
To execute this job to the standards of Chick-fil-A Mullins crossing, overnight team members must exhibit teamwork, reliability, hustle, overview, selflessness, attractiveness, and problem-solving skills. We aim to continuously promote a culture of genuine care for our guests and team. As part of our overnight team, you will be focused heavily on cleanliness, organization, and food prep work for the store. It will be a requirement that you can lift and maintain 50 pounds. This is for a 10pm to 6am shift Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail clean machines and equipment according to the daily cleaning schedule
- Put away and check in trucks and produce deliveries in an organized manner
- Sweep, scrub, squeegee, and mop the back of house floors
- Clean drains and drain covers
- Bake any necessary items for catering for the following shift
- Weigh out and account for waste in the waste tracker
- Clean and replace fryer filters

- Communication: Since overnight team members are rarely seen throughout the day, you must be able to communicate your needs and concerns to your leadership.
- Organization: Time management and organization of tasks is vital to your success!
