As the head of Maintenance for Chick-fil-A Watertown NY, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to maintaining preventative maintenance of the equipment as well as the cleanliness of the overall restaurant according to brand standards. In addition, this team member would be ask to assist the team in achieving food safety goals and cleanliness goals and develop a standard that supports inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment and systems
- Set and achieve food safety and cleanliness goals
- Train and develop team members to support cleaning and maintenance
- Schedule weekly check-ins with the Director of Operations and Director of Food Safety to go over cleanliness
- Maintain dining room, bathrooms, front counter, kitchen, and exterior
- Assist with developing and managing all cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Always exhibits Intentional Care to the Team and strives for operational excellence.
- Holds the Team Accountable for Policy Standards
- Has an increased operational awareness and has an understanding of the big picture.
