Job responsibilities of a Recruitment Specialist include knowing our positions, Team Member & Leadership expectations, leadership styles, operational gaps, processes/procedures, and more. The ability to take on other HR Responsibilities is required.
We are looking for trustworthy folks who are ready to join us in taking our restaurant to the next level. The largest responsibility of our Leadership & Team Members is ensuring each guest is taken care of with the efforts of the second mile. It is important that a Recruitment Specialist uses a values-based approach to ensure we're hiring those who are eager to make a positive influence on not just Chick-fil-A, but our entire community. We like ensure our Team Members exceed Guest expectations and bring joy to the lives of all that we encounter. Training from our Certified Trainers allows new hires to have clear expectations once the recruitment process is complete and an offer is made. Availability and pay is always clear and discussed during the interview process. Our Team Members are given the option to commit to working Part Time or Full Time opportunity!
LOCATION: Training Center & Administrative Offices, Chick-fil-A White Oak Village
PAY: Commensurate with experience
