As a BOH Manager, you will take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading and coaching a team of Back of House team members. Responsibilities:
- Ensure a remarkable guest experience by managing kitchen operations with excellence.
- Oversee and manage Back of House shift operations, including food preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
- Lead and coach BOH team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Execute systems and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with all food safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and running efficiently at all times.
- Promote continuous learning and development for BOH team members.
- Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering top-tier guest service.
- A servant-minded leader with the ability to take initiative and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
