What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Supervisor position at Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza?
Role Summary
Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is seeking candidates with experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment to run kitchen operations. Kitchen experience not required. Candidates will be expected to lead a team of 6-12 people in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on food safety and quality. Shifts are generally 5:00am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with most leaders working a mix of both.

General Responsibilities:
- Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
- Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
- Assign Team Member to positions and run breaks
- Coach and encourage Team Members
- Perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met
- Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
- Years of Experience: 2
