Tasks for a Prep Team Member
- Wash and prepare produce for the day
- Assemble salads, wraps, fruit cups, parfaits and other cold food items in correct proportions
- Cool and cut chicken for salads and soups
- Execute catering orders
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Adhere to food safety standards to prevent cross contamination
- Additional BOH kitchen tasks as scheduled
Both part time and full time positions available.
Full time positions require the availability of 5am - 3pm OR 1pm - 11pm.
Full time starting wage: $13/hour
Part time starting wage based on experience.
Salary : $12 - $16
