As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating remarkable experiences for our guests and community.
What to Expect:
- Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
- Deliver correct portions that meet weight and presentation expectations
- Ensure food packaging, presentation, and quality are top-level
- Handle customer issues with a positive attitude and contribute to customer recovery
- Show up on time, work hard, and maintain a great attitude throughout your shift
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve and work more efficiently
- Be proactive in pursuing certification and cross-training
- Be responsible for finding a replacement if you are unable to work your shift
- Ensure your appearance is in compliance with our guidelines
- Be a team player and display good stewardship
- Use holding and timing systems accurately
- Track waste and store according to procedure
