Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Ensure team members follow recipes and properly read service tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
- Ensure team members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations at all times.
- Ensure all BOH team members are working in a clean and safe environment.
- Works closely with the BOH Operations Director and Food Safety Director to ensure team members are trained properly and follow all procedures correctly.
- Assist BOH Directors with food quality and food safety assessments as well as implementing systems to ensure an elite food safety status.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Chick-fil-A is seeking full-time Back of House Team Leaders with Chick-fil-A experience highly preferred.
