What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Team Member / Cook - Full Time position at Chick-fil-A?
The advertised pay rate is for full-time team members able to work 35 hours per week and available to open/close restaurants. Wage will be adjusted for limited availability. Part-time applicants may apply through this link. The starting rate is $13/hour for 20 hours/week, and the ability to open/close a restaurant thrice weekly.
As a BOH Team Member, you will support the front-of-house team and ensure food is prepared consistent with our standards. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
