Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay updated on new products and complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
