BTR Shift Leader (5AM-5PM or 11AM-11PM Mon-Sat)

Location : Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place

Schedule Options : 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Availability

Requirements :

Full availability for either the 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. shifts (earlier clock-in may be required for catering demands)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements : standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

Greet and serve customers with genuine hospitality

Oversee preparation of mobile and catering orders to deliver top-notch service

Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards in food safety, quality, and service

Play a vital role in developing and expanding our catering program, helping to make every order a memorable experience
