- Engage in upselling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations as needed to promote new items or sales.
- Supervise the front-end operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store displays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with supervising staff or training new employees is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
