What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Team Leader position at Chick-fil-A?
The Catering Team Leader will assist the Catering Director with fulfilling daily catering orders, growing sales, fostering customer relationships/partnerships, and strive to set goals and achieve them.
This position will work in partnership with the K96 and Greenwich staff to fulfill our mission to "Be the Choice." Our desire is to have Chick-fil-A K96 and Greenwich be the choice when it comes to quick-service breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing & preparing orders for both pickup and delivery
- Delivering catering orders to schools, medical offices, businesses, etc.
- Complete tasks (prepping orders, fulfilling orders, cleaning, etc)
- Establishing relationships/communication with other team members
- Prepare for following business day and upcoming week
- Assist the in-restaurant operation as needed

Hours Expectation
- Full time (30 hours per week)
- Some early mornings, some evenings
- Most catering orders are between 7am - 4pm, however, there are instances where orders are placed in the evening as well.
(This position is not expected to complete every single catering order. However, they will be expected to plan ahead with the Catering Director when orders are received and delegate as needed.)
