Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
  • Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Team Members, Team Leaders, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Be a Proactive Team Player and work closely with Team Leaders to manage a productive shift..
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Be courteous and polite, “please, excuse me, and my pleasure” when interacting with guests and team members
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which include, but are not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Must have a positive and genuine attitude and be respectful of others
  • Customer service-oriented and able to anticipate guests’ needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
  • Prepare food

Responsibilities:

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Operating the POS at the front counter
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Complete all task assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
  • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare food

Experience:

  • Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Quick Service Servers: 1 year (Preferred)

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to fulfill business needs

- Maintain a positive and customer service-oriented attitude

- Operate various equipment or systems as needed

- Assist in executing opening and closing procedures

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
