Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply

- Be courteous and polite, “please, excuse me, and my pleasure” when interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which include, but are not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Must have a positive and genuine attitude and be respectful of others

Responsibilities:
- Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
- Operating the POS at the front counter
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
- Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Complete all task assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
