What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chick-fil-A Celebrate Virginia Leadership Development Program position at Chick-fil-A?
If you have ever considered pursuing a career with Chick-fil-A at any level this program will prepare you for it. Whether it is at the corporate, restaurant, or Operator level you will hone your craft, increase your business and restaurant acumen, as well as raise your leadership capacity. This is through hands-on experience at each level from team member to director, personal and professional development by the Owner/Operator, achieving tangible business results that can launch your career with Chick-fil-A.
My name is Stevie Kramb, I am the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Celebrate Virginia FSR. This is my second location, but I started at Chick-fil-A in downtown Atlanta as a team member and grew up through the ranks that catapulted me into a career with Chick-fil-A. I joined Chick-fil-A Inc.’s Leadership Development Program, where I ran locations as an Interim Manager and grand-opened new restaurants from Manhattan to Los Angeles. This positioned me to become an Owner/Operator of my first location in 2022. I have since developed leaders who have gone on to have roles with Chick-fil-A Inc. and are on their way to becoming Owner/Operators. I have a passion for developing the next generation of leaders to build the brand of Chick-fil-A. This comes from real-life experience, the opportunity to build results, healthy challenges, and hands-on coaching.
