Mascot Job Summary
As a Mascot, you will be responsible for bringing to life the character and spirit
of Chick-fil-A by portraying our beloved Mascot. Your role is vital in creating a memorable and
entertaining experience for fans, engaging with audiences of all ages, and enhancing the
overall fan engagement at events, games, and promotional activities.
Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work a variety of
times, both days and evenings. Must be able to work on Saturdays when needed for ASU
home games. Pay range is $16 to $18 dollars per hour dependent on experience and age of
applicant. Experience includes drama or theatre or mascot work.
Mascot Duties and Responsibilities
• Assume the persona of the Cow Mascot and convey emotions, energy, and
enthusiasm through exaggerated movements, gestures, and body language.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and merchandise sales through Mascot-related
promotions.
• Be punctual and prepared for all performances.
Mascot Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent physical stamina and endurance to perform in a Mascot costume for
extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
• Must meet the costume height requirement of 5’9” to 6’0” for the Classic Cow
Mascot and 5’1” to 5’5” for the Kid Cow Mascot.
• A friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to interact positively with fans
and represent the organization professionally.
