Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a versatile and dependable Utilities Team Member to support both Front of House (FOH) or Kitchen operations. This essential role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, running breaks for team members, and stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, keeping things organized, and assisting team members in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Position Type:

Key Responsibilities:

Break Coverage & Team Support

• Run breaks for both Front of House or Kitchen team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Step into various roles as needed to assist with service, food prep, or cleaning tasks

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, kitchen, and common areas throughout the shift
• Regularly clean and restock restrooms, dining areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Assist with washing dishes, taking out trash, and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed

Front of House (FOH) Support

• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and guest seating areas clean and well-stocked
• Support drive-thru and front counter operations by assisting with minor tasks during peak hours
• Provide guests with a clean and welcoming environment

Kitchen Support

• Assist with basic food prep, restocking inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance concerns
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation procedures

Closing & Maintenance

• Help complete end-of-day cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas meet Chick-fil-A’s cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as needed

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and highly dependable
• Passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
