Responsibilities
- Schedule and implement community-based programs, partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with catering, recruiting, and marketing teams regarding local community events.
- Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community leaders and organizations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders.
- Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items.
- Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
- Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
