Hospitality Professional Requirements:
- Minimum age: 16 years old
Job Requirements (Back of House):
- Demonstrate knowledgeable of all BOH procedures
- Contribute to a remarkable guest experience through accurate preparation and presentation of food
- Participate in a safe and healthy workplace by maintaining a clean working environment
- Perform all necessary kitchen cleaning and organizational duties for your assigned role
- Maintain a level of professionalism and calmness in order to create a pleasant and hospitable environment
- Every employee is expected to have some Saturday availability (not every Saturday)
- All team members must adhere to our appearance guidelines (no more than 2 piercings/ear, no facial hair, natural hair color)
- Scheduling Information:
- Monday-Saturday availability (work schedule will be 4-5 days)
- Full-time with open availability starts at $13/hour
- 32-40 hours/week
