Reports To : Operations Manager
Job Summary :
As a Dining Room Host and Cleaner at Chick-fil-A, you will be the face of hospitality in our dining area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment.
Your role will involve greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring the dining area remains spotless throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Interaction :
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Assist guests with seating, answering questions, and providing menu guidance.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met and they have a pleasant experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance :
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.
- Ensure trash is regularly emptied, and areas are sanitized according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Perform routine checks to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with restocking supplies and informing management of any inventory needs.
- Support team members in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
- Safety and Compliance :
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Follow Chick-fil-A policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest service.
