What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Shift Kitchen Team Member up to $15.00 per hour position at Chick-fil-A?
At Chick-fil-A City-Base Landing and McCreless Marketplace, our Kitchen staff help with the day-to-day kitchen operations including speed of service, food safety, and guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring we are consistently providing correct, fresh and crave-able food, surprisingly quick service, and a clean environment to our guests from open to close. This role is hands on and all working ours are spent on the floor. Tasks vary to include:
Receiving and rotating stock/inventory
Food and ingredient preparation
Rotating, filleting and breading chicken
Hot and cold food production
Working the line
Cleaning and maintenance
Dish washing
Helping train new employees
Rigorously adhering to safety and quality standards.

Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50lbs.
