What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Team Member (Front of House) position at Chick-fil-A?

The mission of a Hospitality Professional is to focus on our Guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their experience at our store, providing each Guest with a memorable, remarkable experience. Areas of responsibility include front counter and drive-thru service which includes order taking, delivering meals to Guests, and providing assistance when needed, while maintaining a clean, attractive environment with a welcoming atmosphere.
**Daytime availability is between 5:30am - 5pm**
Part-time is 12 hours per week - shifts are 3 - 5 hours, 3 - 4 days a week
Full-time is 32 hours per week - shifts are 7 - 9 hours, 4 - 5 days a week

Requirements:
- Reliability - able to show up on time for scheduled shifts, in proper uniform and ready to go attitude

- Will need to obtain an Oregon food handler card
- Must have periodic Saturday availability

Applicants must be capable of physically demanding tasks, including, but not limited to lifting 30 - 50 lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods of time. Front of House Team Members may be expected to work outdoors for several hours per shift, year-round (with proper safety gear).
