Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by greeting guests, answering questions, and checking in during their meals.
- Table-Side Service: Assist guests in using the Chick-fil-A app to place orders. Take and deliver orders directly at tables, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Support: Assist team members with tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.
