As a Hospitality Associate, you are the face of our business. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Location:
Chick-fil-a Wendover/I-40
Position Type:
Part Time, 15 hours, Mon-Fri, alternating Saturdays
Hospitality Associate Responsibilities:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and surrounding areas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift and carry 10lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for 4hrs a day
- Work alternating Fridays and Saturdays
