Responsibilities:
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant
- Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for each shift
- Develop and support other leaders in their respective areas
- Demonstrate leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members
- Challenge yourself and others to continuously improve
- Think innovatively to enhance business operations
- Create goals and achieve goals in different areas of the business
- Ensure excellent communication and uphold cleanliness standards
- Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
- Having a team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before oneself
- Assisting with daily decision-making and supporting staff
- Oversee an area of operations and constantly look to improve
- Ensuring quality and safety of food
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- College and higher educational degrees preferred but not required
- Must have open availability
- Understanding of the food and hospitality industry
- Ability to create a positive atmosphere and lead a team
- Has high level capacity to understand the dynamic challenges and complexities of a multi-million dollar operation, successfully.
