What is a Director?
As Chick-fil-A® has grown, so has our need to innovate our restaurant's leadership structure a little differently. We operate with a TEAM of Directors, who each take on different areas of ownership of the restaurant. Your areas of ownership are chosen by the Operator by your abilities and passions, and sometimes new roles entirely are created.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of talented individuals to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets quality standards
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability including weekends
- High school degree or equivalent
- Background check required
- Full time working 40-45 hours per week
