Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Provide exceptional and timely service to Guests
- Train and mentor team members, setting a positive example
- Be an enthusiastic and supportive team leader
- Ensure operational excellence during shifts
- Communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to engage with Guests warmly and energetically
- Build strong connections with Guests and team members
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for serving others
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Handle team performance and behavioral issues effectively
