Responsibilities:
- Use the CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests with eye contact, smiles, enthusiasm, and creating connection
- Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient drive-thru operations
- Upsell items to contribute to restaurant goals
- Master all Drive Thru related positions
- Take orders with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new products and complete in-house training
- Take orders outside in varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Available on Saturdays
- Comfortable working outside and using a cash register and iPad
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
