As a Shift Leader, you will get to serve crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements. You will enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is both fun and safe. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests and values teamwork
Responsibilities include:
- Lead night shift team members
- Perform all responsibilities of a Shift Leader - providing direction, acknowledging and inspiring others to great performance
- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work front counter & drive-thru.
- This is a team leading role, there is no office work or paperwork involved in this role
- Train, develop, and recognize the best people
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash & credit cards, making drinks & desserts
- Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent guest service at all times
- Effectively handle interpersonal issues and brief Operator on re-occurring/serious issues
- Stock sauces, cups, lids, ice, tea, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift
- Close the restaurant leading the shift
- Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent service, quality food, and accurate orders.
- Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines
- Insures that workstations are clean at all times and demonstrate a strong awareness for food quality/safety
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of all front counter & drive-thru work stations.
- Sense of urgency that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Attention to detail that ensures preparatrion procedures & guest service expectations are followed
- Practicing food safety and maintaining a clean environment
- Maintaining a LEAN production environment

Salary : $2,080 - $3,900
