We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Owner and Executive Director of Chick-fil-A. This role is pivotal in managing both business and personal responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Owner & Executive Director, and must be local to both the Chick-fil-A Southridge Center and MacCorkle Avenue restaurants.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will work from the restaurants, and will be trained on basic operations to assist during busy lunch and dinner rushes.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Flexible availability required Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operator and Executive Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Financial Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including tracking revenue and expenses, preparing financial reports, and processing payroll. Reconcile accounts and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
- Inventory Oversight: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of office and restaurant supplies, including uniforms, office equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating and conducting orientation sessions, processing new hire paperwork, and providing training on company policies and procedures.
- Schedule Management: Manage team member schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels that meet business needs.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- HR Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, time off requests, and other HR-related information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to assist in the restaurant during busy periods or lunch rushes, embodying the Chick-fil-A spirit of service and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- 1 Years of Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
