What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expeditor position at Chick-fil-A?
- Welcoming guests when entering the building, making eye contact, smiling, and building a connection. This is an opportunity to ask if the guest would like any assistance placing an order on the kiosk. If assistance is requested, they should try to upsell by offering a large drink or fries, or a Shakes as an example.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room
- Fill ice or lemonade if needed
- Touching Tables. Checking in on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and offer drink refills
- Making sure there is a smooth consistent flow in the line and addressing any pinch points, where the lines are not moving.
- Thank the guests and invite them back
