A Team Leader’s two main focus areas are completing tasks so the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. We are looking for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Team Leaders.

FOH Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must be able to lead and communicate efficiently and effectively
- Must be able to handle being in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Ensure team members follow recipes and read service tickets to prepare orders accurately.
- Ensure team members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstations at all times.
- Ensure all BOH team members are working in a clean and safe environment.
- Work closely with the BOH Operations Director and Food Safety Director to ensure team members are trained and follow all procedures correctly.
- Assist BOH Directors with food quality and safety assessments and implement systems to ensure an elite food safety status.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
