What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Prep position at Chick-fil-A?
The prep team members are primarily responsible for tasks associated with the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, including but not limited to: prep of all cold products, proper food handling procedures, assisting with kitchen when necessary, running machines, dishes, stocking, and cleaning.

Must be 21 or older
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Some Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Efficiently create prepped menu items that meet Chick-fil-A standards such as wraps, salads, fruit, and catering trays
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around kitchen equipment
Wash and put away kitchen dishes
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
Help out with regular kitchen duties when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13 - $13.50 per hour
