We are seeking an opening shift (5am - 2pm) team leader who can lead a team in creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a great sense of urgency, leading by example, and great communication. Performance expectations are high and this role is challenging. It is also a great opportunity to develop your leadership capacity while earning an industry-leading wage.

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
