As an FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet all guests (drive thru, mobile, delivery partners and dine-in customers), take and prepare customer orders at either the front
counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining room, and restrooms. You are expected to observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves feeling well cared for.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving each other and customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and character of integrity demonstrating exceptional customer service with a smile to every guest who visits our
restaurant.
Team members must be available a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest people.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile

- Make Connections with and show care for our guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the guidelines and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and work well under pressure

- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Work in outside operations in the drive thru and deliver meals outside to curbside spots
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
