Job Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant design concept
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Oversee elements of the business' operational requirements
- Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
- Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and food safety procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
- Embody the vision and values of Chick-fil-A
- Assist in training of new hires and acting as a role model for the team
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:
