Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Train, coach, and mentor team members and team leaders to meet service and hospitality standards
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining Chick-fil-A’s customer service standards
- Lead shift execution, including scheduling, break management, and labor efficiency
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations as needed
- Create an encouraging and accountable team culture
- Model servant leadership and uphold Chick-fil-A's core values
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Natural team builder with a track record of developing others
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Must be 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
