Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to make them feel comfortable and welcomed
- Take orders with speed and accuracy while checking for product quality and consistency
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Preparing and packaging food orders for catering and in store
- Ability to use and work with computer screens, monitors, touch screens, tablets and point of sales systems
- Willingness to work in reasonable outdoor conditions

Qualifications
- Must be 16 or older Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance and punctuality
