Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Greeting guests, taking and finalizing orders, suggestively selling, preparing and refreshing beverages, communicating specific customer needs to kitchen, delivering meals to guests
- Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods
- Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared
