Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type :
Full-time and Part-time
3 Day Work Week :
Team Original Work Days : Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Off Days- Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Team Spicy Work Days : Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Off Days- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Each Team Member is scheduled only 3 days a week. Shifts are 10-12 hours in length for full time employees (to maintain 32-36 hours).
Part-time employees are also on a 3 day work week and their shifts can range from 1 to 10 hours a day (anything totaling less than 32 hours a week.)
Team Members will only be scheduled on the days of their assigned team (Original or Spicy).
Front of House Positions : Cashier, Dining Host, Order Taker, Bagger, Food Expediter

Qualifications and Requirements :
- Must be 16 years old
- Consistent and reliable

- Have the ability to lift and carry 15-40 lbs on a regular basis
