Our restaurant is seeking full-time breaders who can serve as the heart of the kitchen. This role requires someone who does not mind working with raw chicken, possesses a great sense of urgency, and can perform similar tasks repeatedly. Performance expectations are high for this position and it is quite challenging. It is also among the most valued roles on our team and can be the one of the most highly compensated positions in the restaurant.
